Jōmin-ichiza “Bikkindaaz”
Bikkindaaz is a singing troupe, consisting of Taku Sato(leader, singer), Sachiyo Tamura(singer), Maaya Kusaka(singer) and Yujin Okano(piano). They love the Japanese folk songs inherited by former “common people”(=Jōmin), and seek the suitable voice for singing those songs.
They are getting on the concert series “Mamiya-Mamire” since 2017, at which all 3 singers will sing completely the song book “Nihon Min’yō-shu” composed by Michio Mamiya(b.1929).
