Vocal Ensemble

“gemma” is a new-born Japanese female ensemble of 16 singers formed by an up-and-coming Japanese conductor, Kota Yanagishima in 2019. Its name derives from a Latin word which means “gem” and represents their desire to embody a variety of brilliant, crystalline ensemble sound like jewelry. They will make their debut on the Taiwan International Choral Competition 2021.
